Personal Training
Whether you’re recovering from injury, chasing a performance goal, or just prefer a more focused approach, personal training is the most customized way to move forward.

CrossFit
Experience constantly varied, functional workouts at high intensity. Each 1-hour CrossFit class combines strength training with classic cardio movements like pull-ups, rowing, and burpees. Every workout is different and fully scalable, so you’ll be challenged at your own level and never get bored.

Barbell Club
Focus on Olympic lifts—snatch, clean, and jerk—in a supportive, community-driven environment. Each session includes a targeted warm-up, technique work, and a personalized strength segment to help you reach your goals.

Conditioning Circuit
A full-body, 60-minute circuit class designed to boost endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Expect high-energy, varied movements and cardio, suitable for all fitness levels. Coaches provide guidance, motivation, and a safe, challenging workout every time.

Competition Training
This isn’t just a class — it’s a mindset. Our Competition Training program is designed for those who crave the next level. Whether you’re preparing for a local throwdown, chasing a new PR, or simply want to move with purpose and precision, this class gives you the edge.

ROM Strong Mobility
Your joints don’t lie — they either move well, or they let you know it. ROM Strong Mobility is our dedicated class for improving joint health, flexibility, and movement quality through intentional, strength-based mobility work, taking your body through its full Range Of Motion (ROM).

StrongHearts Legends
A functional fitness class adapted for older adults and seniors, focused on strength, flexibility, and mobility. Sessions include a warm-up, strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells, a workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. Build confidence, move better, and enjoy a welcoming community.

CrossFit Youth (Ages 10–18)
Strength and confidence for youth athletes through functional training, weightlifting, and conditioning. Safe, effective coaching for all levels, with flexible membership options. Classes run year-round on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.

CrossFit Kids (Ages 6–11)
Fun, active classes that teach healthy movement patterns and fitness basics through games and skill-building. We cover safe exercise, warm-ups, hydration, and positive body image. Kids’ sessions run from September to June based on the school calendar.

StrongHearts Nutrition
Work one-on-one with a certified nutrition coach to achieve lasting results. Our program specializes in lifestyle changes and sports nutrition, blending education and habit-building to support your fitness and wellness for life.

I’m new to fitness — which program should I start with?
No worries — that’s exactly what our Free Intro Session is for. We’ll sit down, chat about your goals and experience, and help you choose the best starting point — whether that’s CrossFit, Conditioning, or something gentler like ROM Strong or Legends.
Do I have to commit to a membership to try a class?
Not at all. We offer a no-pressure free intro session where you can tour the gym, meet a coach, and get a feel for our community before making any decisions.
Are all programs included in a membership?
Most of our adult fitness classes are included, like CrossFit, Conditioning Circuit, and ROM Strong. Specialty programs like Barbell Club, Nutrition Coaching, and Personal Training have separate rates — we’ll walk you through everything during your intro.
What if I want to switch programs later?
Totally fine. Our coaches are here to guide you through progressions — whether you're leveling up to Barbell Club or easing into a recovery phase. We’ll help you adjust as your goals evolve.
